Day 1: Angkor Thom, Bayon & Preah Khan

  • Morning Exploration: Meet your guide at 7:00 AM in the hotel lobby. Travel past the main Angkor area to discover Ta Prohm (the iconic “Tomb Raider” temple) and the hidden jungle temple of Ta Nei.

  • Walled City & Beyond: Enter through the Victory Gate of Angkor Thom to explore Bayon (famous for its smiling stone faces), Baphuon, the Royal Palace & Phimeanakas, and the Terrace of the Elephants. Conclude your day at the grand Preah Khan temple before returning to your hotel.

Day 2: Angkor Wat & Banteay Srei

  • Angkor Wat: Dedicate your morning to the world’s largest religious monument. Built by King Suryavarman II in the 12th century, it stands as the crown jewel of Hindu-Khmer architecture.

  • Country Villages & Carvings: Journey through scenic local villages to visit Banteay Srei (the “Lady Temple”), celebrated for its intricate pink sandstone carvings. Finish the circuit with stops at Banteay Samre and Pre Rup temple.

Day 3: Preah Vihear Temple

  • Mountain Sanctuary: Depart early through rural countryside toward the Thai border. Explore Preah Vihear Temple, spectacularly perched atop a 525-meter cliff in the Dângrêk Mountains.

  • Historic Legacy: Marvel at this ancient Hindu temple, which showcases an architectural evolution blending Koh Ker and Banteay Srei styles, heavily expanded by Kings Suryavarman I and II.

*Please be aware that to visit several of our temples, you must wear appropriate clothing. This implies that your shirt cannot be sleeveless (make sure your top covers your shoulders, no singlets), and your slacks or skirt should cover your knees. Otherwise, the Temple Authority will not permit you to enter or ascend. Due to the extremely hot and humid weather from March to July, it is advised to wear light cotton clothing and comfortable walking shoes. We advise you to pack your camera charger so you may use it to recharge it at the restaurant during your lunch break.
