Itinerary: Your tour guide will meet and greet you at your hotel to begin an unforgettable journey to Koh Ker and Beng Mealea. Located north of Siem Reap, Koh Ker is a spectacular, off-the-beaten-path destination and one of Cambodia’s most mysterious ancient capitals. While the surrounding forests hold over 180 temples hidden for centuries, the 20 most significant 10th-century monuments have been completely cleared and are entirely safe to explore along the roadside. After uncovering this incredible archaeological site, we will head to Beng Mealea, a massive, beautifully unrestored jungle temple that makes you feel like a true explorer.
Day 2: Angkor Thom City, Preah Khan & Ta Prohm (Tomb Raider)

Morning: We begin our day exploring Angkor Thom, the grand final capital of the Angkor Empire, founded in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. Here, you will marvel at the iconic Bayon Temple with its enigmatic stone face-towers, followed by a walk through Baphuon, the Royal Palace & Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Afternoon: Next, we explore the sprawling, labyrinth-like halls of Preah Khan temple. We will then venture to the quiet, hidden gem of Ta Nei tucked away in the forest, before concluding the day at the legendary Ta Prohm. Famously known as the “Tomb Raider” temple, Ta Prohm features massive tree roots dramatically gripping the ancient stone walls. Afterward, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
Day 3: Magnificent Angkor Wat & Banteay Srei (The Lady Temple)

Morning: After breakfast at your hotel, we will take you to explore the breathtaking Angkor Wat, built by King Suryavarman II in the early 12th century. As the largest religious monument in the world, it stands as the absolute crown jewel of the Angkor UNESCO World Heritage site.

Afternoon: We continue our journey to the grand pyramid temple of Pre Rup and the beautifully preserved Banteay Samre. Next, we head through scenic countryside and charming local villages to visit Banteay Srei (the Lady Temple). Built from striking pink sandstone, its intricate, razor-sharp carvings are widely considered the pinnacle of classical Khmer art.
Day 4: The Roluos Group & floating vilage

Morning: We travel to the Roluos Group to discover the pre-Angkorian temples of Preah Ko, Bakong, and Lolei. Founded by King Jayavarman II in the 9th century, this site marks Hariharalaya, the very first capital of the Khmer Empire. You will get a fascinating look at early Khmer craftsmanship, which masterfully combined brick, sandstone, and laterite.

Option, (Nature & Local Life): Take a boat cruise to a floating village (Kompong Phluk on Tonle Sap Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, to see how local communities live and work on the water. followed by a trip to Artisans Angkor and a local silk farm to see traditional Cambodian handicrafts being made.

*Please be aware that to visit several of our temples, you must wear appropriate clothing. This implies that your shirt cannot be sleeveless (make sure your top covers your shoulders, no singlets), and your slacks or skirt should cover your knees. Otherwise, the Temple Authority will not permit you to enter or ascend. Due to the extremely hot and humid weather from March to July, it is advised to wear light cotton clothing and comfortable walking shoes. We advise you to pack your camera charger so you may use it to recharge it at the restaurant during your lunch break.
