4-Day Angkor Wat & Siem Reap Tours

Day 1: Angkor Wat, Banteay Srei, and Banteay Samre

Depart from your hotel at 7:00 AM to explore the awe-inspiring temple of Angkor Wat. Afterward, continue your journey to the exquisite Banteay Srei (the Lady Temple), renowned for its intricate pink sandstone carvings. Conclude your day by exploring the historic Banteay Samre and the grand temple mountain of Pre Rup.

Day 2: Angkor Thom, Preah Khan, and Ta Prohm

Begin your morning with a visit to the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Here, you will marvel at the monumental South Gate, the enigmatic smiling faces of Bayon, as well as Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, and the Leper King Terrace. In the afternoon, discover more remarkable monuments, including Preah Khan, the peaceful Ta Nei, and the iconic, tree-rooted Ta Prohm (famous from Tomb Raider).

Day 3: Angkor Silk Farm and the Roluos Group

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, head about 16 km outside of town to visit the Angkor Silk Farm. On the way back to Siem Reap, stop by the Artisans Angkor center to see local master crafts. Next, immerse yourself in history at the Roluos Group, exploring its three core temples: Bakong, Lolei, and Preah Ko. This area marks the site of Hariharalaya, the ancient 9th-century capital of the Khmer Empire founded by King Jayavarman II.

Day 4: Preah Vihear Temple and the Koh Ker Group

Travel to Preah Vihear province to visit the spectacular Preah Vihear Temple, dramatically perched atop the Dângrêk Mountains along the Thai border. Built as a representation of the sacred Mount Meru, it offers some of the most breathtaking views of any Khmer site.

Afterward, head to Koh Ker, which served as the capital of the Khmer Empire for a brief period from 928 to 944 AD. This unique historical window makes Koh Ker incredibly alluring for travelers seeking remote, secluded temples partially reclaimed by the jungle and filled with the sounds of local birds. Here, you will behold Prasat Thom—Cambodia’s largest seven-tiered pyramid temple standing 35 meters tall—before continuing on to the mesmerizing, tree-entwined ruins of Prasat Pram.
